Poha chutney is a really quick and easy recipe. You can call this as no cook recipe as only cooking required is tadka. Kids also can try this recipe easily. This can be a good tea time or breakfast recipe. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup shredded fresh Coconut
• 1 tsp Sambar masala
• 1/2 tsp Jaggery
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 2~3 dry red Chilies
• 7~8 Curry leaves
• 1 1/2 cup Thin poha

Method:
• Take coconut into a bowl.
• Add sambar masala, jaggery, salt, red chili powder and mix
everything well with hand only.
• You can use jaggery powder or small pieces of jaggery or grated
jaggery too.
• Heat up oil in a tadka pan.
• Add mustard seeds,hing, dry red chilies, curry leaves and mix
well.
• Add this tadka on the coconut mixture and mix well with hand
only.
• Add thin poha and mix well.
• If you want to use thick poha then wash them once carefully and
drain all the water.
• Poha chutney is already.
